Julia is a Solicitor in the Commercial and Litigation team, in our Wellington office.   Julia joined Baldwins in May 2008, after completing her BA (Political Science) and LLB, at the University of Canterbury. Julia has been admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and is currently studying towards registration as a patent attorney.
 
Julia advises on trade mark, passing off, Fair Trading Act, border protection, domain name, patent, design and copyright disputes, as well as commercial aspects of intellectual property.
