Lucy Hudson
Lucy has specialised in trade mark law since 1998. She has worked for Baldwins both in the Wellington and Auckland offices and has also worked for a London firm which included a secondment as an in-house trade mark manager for a multinational drinks business. Lucy specialises in trade mark filing, prosecution and oppositions and the management of trade mark portfolios. She also advises in related issues such as Passing Off, Fair Trading Act and IP agreements.
